Big dreams start
with small farms.

Ari didn't set out to run an egg business. It started with a few hens, a hand-me-down basket, and a simple morning routine: walk to the coop, say hi to the girls, and gather whatever the night delivered.

Then the neighbors tasted the difference. Yolks the color of a summer sunset. Whites that actually hold together in the pan. Suddenly, "a few extra eggs" became The Chicken Business — a real business, run by a young entrepreneur who checks every single egg by hand.

When you buy a dozen, you're not just getting breakfast. You're backing a kid with a work ethic, a plan, and hens who live like hens should.

"I check every egg myself. If I wouldn't eat it for breakfast, I won't sell it to you."

the honest difference

Crack one open.
You'll see it instantly.

Supermarket eggs sit in trucks and warehouses for weeks. Ours come straight from the coop down the road.

Picked fresh, every single day

Ari gathers every day, rain or shine — school days included. Your dozen is days old, not weeks, so it cooks better and tastes brighter.

Hens that roam, scratch & sunbathe

Our flock spends its days on open pasture doing chicken things. Happy hens lay noticeably better eggs — it's that simple.

Yolks like liquid gold

Deep amber, rich, and creamy — pasture diets do that. Once you've fried one of ours, the pale supermarket kind feels like a prank.

Local, sustainable, traceable

Zero warehouses, zero mystery. Your eggs travel from our coop to your kitchen — you can literally wave at the farm they came from.

nature's own packaging

Our eggs are unwashed — and that's a good thing.

Every egg is laid with a natural protective coating called the bloom — an invisible seal that keeps air and bacteria out and freshness in. Supermarket eggs get power-washed, which strips the bloom away. That's why they have to live in the fridge and fade fast.

We leave the bloom right where the hen put it. Your eggs stay fresher longer, can even sit proudly on your counter, and are protected the way nature intended. Just give them a quick rinse right before you cook — that's it.

The daily rounds

School comes first, but the hens never wait long. Every day — some mornings, some right after the last bell — Ari gathers each egg from the nesting boxes by hand.

The careful check

Each egg is inspected, gently cleaned, and dated. Anything less than perfect stays home for Ari's own scrambles.
